Is it possible to plaster over my wallpaper?
Under no circumstances should plaster ever be applied over wallpaper, all wallpaper will need to removed entirely before plastering can begin.

All areas are sheeted out as necessary and once work is completed we hoover behind ourselves to give you the cleanest room we can. We work hard to leave everything just as we found it.
How long should I leave the plaster before painting?
Plaster Drying times will depend upon the type of plaster used, also it’s thickness and the substrate – but generally a plastered finished will be ready to paint in 5-7 days we would not reccomened using a dehumidifier.
How do I prepare new plaster for painting?
New plaster needs to be sealed before being painted. You can buy a new plaster sealant from most DIY shops or alternatively you can apply a ‘mist coat’ of paint, this is a watered down MATT emulsion (50% paint to 50% water) just remember that some own brand emulsions are already fairly watered down so will need less diluting.
